Summer Hat Crochet Pattern – Pampelonne

This trendy brimmed summer hat crochet pattern with mod circles and rounds is named after the famous French beach resort, Pampelonne.

I spent many summers there as a kid, without even knowing that it was called that. It’s just south of St Tropez, in the South of France.  Sounds all very glamorous, but to me, it equates to ‘happy times’ in the sand.

And, meanwhile, this hat will wear equally well on a summers day in London avoiding my hair just flying all over.
