July 5. As if you didn’t party enough yesterday, here’s linky party 18, to share your fun digitally with your online friends and crafty community. While I live in the UK now, I still don a 4th of July dress and wear my famous 10-min DIY 4th of July earrings. Why not? You live only once…
Party Features
I have 4 features of you today, all of which are fabulous.
1. DIY Kids Dresser with Race car Knobs
My favorite link up this week was by a new reader of mine. Or at least, I can’t recall having seen her at our linky party before. Look at this.
37-year-old craft-o-holic Marjorie posted this DIY awesome boy bedroom dresser with racecar knobs. Ever so cool! Which kid would not want this to call this own. What awesome kids bedroom furniture.

2. Easy Crafts: Happy Summer Patriotic Pillows in Red, White and Blue
Sherry from Olives and Ocra shows us how to simply whip up a bunch or patriotic pillows, using contrasting colors for the front and back. Honestly, it can not be made simpler. Thanks Sherry. They look so happy, and actually, as they are not so frilly one or two of them could even befit a boys bedroom too?! Just an idea. Add a pillow with a racecar, for sure, to keep that theme going…
Anyhow, follow the link to see how she made the pillows and learn how you can make them also. Easily.

3. 12 Patriotic Activity Ideas
11 other ideas and then this fun and festive kids snack that’s just perfect for 4th of July, and … anytime. Really. I have found that fruit sticks are the easiest way to get kids (and grownups) to eat a variety of fruit. What’s nice about these fruit sticks is that they are simple enough so that the kids can make their own. Perfect 4th of July kids party activity!
Talking about party food…
4. Easy Basil Focaccia Bread Recipe
How about some homemade focaccia bread with fresh basil from the garden. Oh, man. This got my appetite going…. 10 min. in the oven. That’s it, folks! Will be a winner with kids and adults, at any party and any weekend.

Party ‘Rules’
As always, have fun, bring a friend, check out others, and it would be nice if you’d link back to the party. A link in your post will do. No items for sale/linky party posts. The ideas is to share our DIY/crafts, both the end results as well as the howto’s. Please don’t post anything commercial because that doesn’t match.
