For that dinner that everyone will love, i.e. your Enchilada-stuffed shells, what you’ll need to make is not much: 12 ounce Box of Pasta Shells, cooled, boiled to al dente, 2 pounds of hamburger meat, precooked, a can of refried beans, two 8 oz block of shredded cheese: Colby Jack and PepperJack; 2 10 oz cans of Enchilada sauce and some chopped scallions for decoration, That’s it.

This dish is 1/2 Italian and 1/2 Spanish, right.. So give it that Mexican bite, spoon a lil of that Enchilada sauce on the bottom of your oven dish. Italians would have used olive oil. Fill your shells with a mixture of the prepared ingredients. Sprinkle over the cheese and the rest of the enchilada sauce and bake it for 30-40 min or so till bubbly in the oven at 350 degrees. Top with spring onions before serving. So easy!
