This ice cream car is my favorite. Apparently, the boy in the picture suffers from spina bifida, causing him to be disabled and wheelchair-bound. But he does not have to miss out on the Halloween fun. His homemade costume is just darling! I love it how the wheelchair has not just become integrated into the Halloween costume: it totally has become the costume. It so cool.
